For meditation and creative thinking. If you're trying to meditate or get into a creative headspace, this is the one to try.
Alpha
8 - 13 Hz
For calm focus. Helpful when you need to de-stress without getting sleepy.
Beta
13 - 30 Hz
For concentration and deep work. Might help when you really need to lock in.
Gamma
30 - 100 Hz
