Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Resonate Labs ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resonate Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

License Grant

SECTION_002

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • >Download and install the App on your personal device
  • >Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

You May NOT:

  • ×Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • ×Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • ×Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
  • ×Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

Core features of Resonate Labs are available for free, including 5 brainwave frequencies and basic session controls.

Premium Subscription

  • >Billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID
  • >Auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before period end
  • >Manage via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

⚠ IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • !Implied warranties of merchantability
  • !Fitness for a particular purpose
  • !Non-infringement

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESONATE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • >Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • >Service interruption or computer damage
  • >Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
